10 High Contrast cards in a booklet form which can be placed flat or standing infront of baby during tummy time in order to encourage them to pick up their heads to look up at the pictures.

In the first few months babies sight and colour recognition is still in development and they can ooly distinguish between high contrasting colours.

The booklet has alternating cream, beige and browns with a contrasting picture on it.
